'Floor Plans: Drawing Workshop'
Sunday 24th May 2015
3h-4h30
A workshop about drawing, institutions, the architecture of instruction and unpicking the places we have learnt in.
You will draw, from memory, the floor plans of institutions that have influences you throughout your life; schools, universities, libraries, pubs, clubs, police stations, art schools, swimming baths, churches etc.
The workshop would allow participants to draw/think about the architecture of instruction/education/leisure, their personal influences, schools and the spaces we need to learn in. Informal and explorative, this workshop is about investigation and conversation. Drawing made during the workshop will be exhibited in Guest Space on the 24th and 25th of May.
